These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including the rental of our banquet halls at Jogesh Mahal, located at Dhaleswar Road 1/13, Agartala, Tripura (W) PIN 799007, and our website at https://jogeshmahal.com 

By booking with Jogesh Mahal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Reservations & Deposits

• Reservations: All reservations require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated event cost. The remaining balance is due [7] days before the event.
• Date Changes: Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
• Minimum Guest Count: Some events may have a minimum guest count requirement. Please confirm with Jogesh Mahal staff.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Debit Card

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than [10] days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit minus a processing fee of [Amount].
• Cancellations made within [15] days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), Jogesh Mahal will work with the client to reschedule the event or provide a partial refund based on the specific situation.

4. Event Duration & Time Limits

• The standard event duration is [7-8] hours. Additional hours may be available for an extra fee.
• Set-up and breakdown time must be included within the booked event duration.

5. Food & Beverage

• Jogesh Mahal offers in-house catering services. You are welcome to choose from our pre-designed menus or customize a menu based on your preferences.
• Outside catering is not permitted unless approved in writing by Jogesh Mahal management. In such cases, additional fees may apply.
• A separate beverage service fee will apply to all events.

6. Decorations & Equipment

• Decorations are permitted with prior approval from Jogesh Mahal staff. Any decorations must comply with fire safety regulations.
• Damage caused by decorations or equipment brought in by the client will be the client’s responsibility.
• Jogesh Mahal provides standard tables, chairs, linens, and basic audio/visual equipment. Additional equipment rentals are available for an extra fee.

7. Security & Liability

• Client is responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages caused to the venue or equipment during the event.
• Jogesh Mahal is not liable for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Security personnel may be required for certain events at the client’s expense.

8. Website Disclaimer

• The information on the Jogesh Mahal website is provided for informational purposes only and may not be entirely accurate or complete.
• Jogesh Mahal reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Jogesh Mahal regarding your use of our services and the Website.
